Towerfall Ascension (PS4 and Vita) is supposed to be $7.49 / $5.99 PS+ in NA right now, but it showed up as $0.00 for me.

I checked out with it in my cart and it worked so I just got it for free. I know I never bought the game before and I don't have PS+ so its not just an old freebie.

Worth checking to see if its free for you as well.

Worth noting that my account is Canadian, we get the same sales but they are technically different stores. So it could only be a price error for Canada.

Week 1 of the 10th Anniversary Sale on PSN has some good deals on PS2 and PS1 classics.

Really tempted by Fire Pro, anybody got any experience as to how input lag would affect it? I've noticed and read evidence that Classics experience this issue on PS3, and since it appears this is a timing-based game, I have my concerns.

I would imagine it would fall under the same applied rules as a classic pre-HD console (wii included) where it comes down to TV display lag. Like that story I told before of Mario Allstars Wii me thinking it was broken on a Samsung it was on at the time. Got it again couple years later, then on a different TV, and it ran as slick as the cartridge and then I realized my stupid TV caused it and never should have sold it in the first place.

I try to mitigate display lag as much as I can, but I'm talking about the issue of actual input lag occurring during the emulation process.

Oh that, can't speak for the PSN emulator then, or would it maybe be related to bluetooth controller lag? If that's the case in either, it's probably going to be a problem unless you can find someone with it.

It feels alright on Vita/PSP, but for some reason, PS1 emulation on PS3 feels slow. I suspect there's some deinterlacing/scaling going on, and it's not fast.
