Hit up BB this morning for a shiny new monitor:

It was horrible for a sec (CONTRAST OVERLOAD) but after some tweaking it looks pretty good, especially for the price. I love doorbusters.

final fight cd wrote:i was able to pick up a cib copy of earthworm jim special edition for sega cd. i paid 30 bucks for it, which is a little under the going price for it.

i got it at the exchange. there are numerous exchanges around me, but this one is about a 30-40 minute drive. because of this, i don't go too often; maybe once every two months, if that. but i keep finding awesome games there; i have found cib copies of pitfall for the 32x and lords of thunder for the sega cd. i don't know if i am going at the right time and getting lucky, or if this store always has good games there. the store is kind of in a richy neighborhood, so that probably helps out a lot.

which exchange were you at? i live a few minutes away from one... and ive been to a few others, but i havnt had much time to go lately... maybe il hafta go check that one out soon

it is in fairlawn ohio, which is close to akron. it does have some cool stuff at this store - an x'eye, turbo grafx 16 + cd unit, a few turbo games, boxed 3do, sega master system games, and a shit ton of nes, snes, genesis, n64, etc. they also have a decent size selection of boxed nes games.

prices are hit of miss though, but for the most part i would say they are either below ebay prices or right on ebay prices. i think they want 350 for the turbo grafx + cd unit, which is ridiculous. for that price i'd at least hope that it came with the super cd card.

Hahaha, I'm loving it. My old monitor was this tiny little 13'' NEC:
