How could I forget Sewer Shark! Ghost is full of memorable lines like 'I love the smell of the sewers in the morning'

Others that I can think of include:

'Greetings Mortal.. are you ready to Die?' - Hexen

Pretty much anything Washington says - HotD:Overkill

I realize that I'm breaking the rules of my own thread with those though.

@Ziggy - I know that the majority of gaming history has nothing to offer in the quotes department other than funny one liners, but surely since the PS2 era there have been a whole load of story driven games with increasingly more developed characterizations in them. Surely some of these characters have moved some of us at some point?

Not really a quote, but I love this intro: Krazy Ivan

And how could I forget this one: Apocalypse

I don't get paid enough for this crap!
Strap one on, it's time to jam!
Forget his rights, just shoot him!
Open up a can of whoop-ass!
And now we dance...
These guys need a little more lead in their diet!
Hose 'em down!
Kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out!
Oh, you want some. Oh, you want some too!?
Nice polygons...

"Don't touch the poster at the Game Corner! There's no secret switch behind it!"- Pokemon
"The cake is a lie" - Rat Man (Portal)
"For science. You monster" - GladOS (Portal 2)
"Will you create a Civilization that lasts the test of time?" - Original Civilization tagline
"Our words are backed with NUCLEAR WEAPONS" - Gandhi (Civilization)
"Bury me with my money" - Sunset Riders (not famous but I don't care  )
"TOO DEE ECKS GOOOOOOOLD" - Michael a la mode (Beatmania IIDX Gold)
"Snipin' is a good job, mate" - The Sniper (TF2)
""...use a gun. And if that don't work....use more gun."- The Engineer (TF2)

Final Fantasy XII has a lot of nice quotes from Balthier. Especially when he's playing off of the other characters.

People tend to drop "So I ran. Free at last... Then I met you. All that running and i got nowhere" as his most memorable quote, but I find that it's better in its complete form, adds proper context:
