Games with Anime Cutscenes

The two Atelier games I've played on PS2 (Judie and Viorate) both have 2D cutscenes as their intro videos as well as for cutscenes mid-game~

Ys III Wanderers from Ys

I'm sure there's plenty more from that system, those are just the ones I know of.




There's the MSU1 enhancement chip for the SNES, which allows the SNES to stream audio and video. There's lots of hacks for games that add CD quality audio, but there's a few that add streaming video. Playstation 1 games Ghost in the Shell and Elemental Gearbolt both have really great anime cutscenes produced by Production I.G., and Madhouse.
