Well it's probably not obscure to people that played games on PC during that era but i doubt many who didn't would know what it was.

Ding ding ding ding! :)

Seriously, I love that game. You can tell it was converted from something unrelated to the movie, but it's still awesome. And I always thought it had some excellent little graphical touches and a killer soundtrack. I can't help but wonder if it was originally a passion project at Capcom.
