Are we talking when we got each platform we own or what and when each of our "main" gaming platforms were?

Each main generational upgrade. Like, "Oh, in 1992 I upgraded from an NES to a SNES, then in 1995 from SNES to a PlayStation." If retro stuff bought years after its heyday were included in there, I think it would get too complicated. XD
Re: What was your gaming history?
It's gonna be hard for me to put dates to this, but I'll try:
mid-'80s - Radio Shack pong thingy
1990 - NES (Christmas)
1993 - Intellivision (maybe?)
1994 - Game Boy (Christmas, first game was DK '94)
1994 - C64 (somewhere up in here, anyway)
1995 - SNES (I think, yard sale with FFIII)
1996 - PC (college, Pentium 166MHz w/ 24MB RAM)
1999 - Sega Genesis + CD (right at the launch of the Dreamcast)
1999 - PSX (Christmas 1999, release date for FFVII GH on GameFAQs is wrong!)
1999 - Upgraded PC (Pentium II)
2000 - N64 (pretty sure, since I snagged Paper Mario and Perfect Dark that year from a Blockbuster)
2000 - Dreamcast (Grandia II and Marvel vs. Capcom 2, suckas!)
2001 - Game Gear (I think, Majesco model from TRU)
2001 - Sega Master System (Probably, thrift store for $8)
2001 - GBA (right after launch with Circle of the Moon!)
2002 - PS2 (Suikoden III)
2002/2003 - Gaming laptop (Inspiron 8200)
2002/2003 - Saturn (not sure, but I know I was still in grad school)
2002/2003 - GC (with Mario Sunshine from pawn shop)
2003 - NGPC
2003 - XBOX (bundle from GameStop, had to return, next one died entirely)
2004 - DS (Christmas)
2004 - Upgraded desktop PC (Athlon XP 2200+)
2006 - Wii (launch week)
2007 - PSP-2000
2008 - 360
2008 - DS Lite (sold for DSi, it was pink but only $30!)
2009 - PS3
2009 - DSi
2010 - Gaming laptop (Alienware M11x R2)
2011 - 3DS (sold to finance 3DS XL)
2012 - 3DS XL
2013 - Wii U (December)
2015 - PS4 (December)
2015 - Vita (Christmas)
2017 - Switch
Other systems that I have no idea where to slot:
Atari 2600 (Probably 2014 or 2015)
Colecovision (yard sale somewhere, no power supply so I have no idea if it works!)
3DO (2014?)
32X (No idea)
mid-'80s - Radio Shack pong thingy
