Not games I acquired, per-se, but my buddy's resale store got in some weeeird Japanese Saturn games, and he let me borrow them for the weekend to muck around with and laugh at.
Ultraman: Hikari No Kyojin Densetsu (Ultraman: Light Giant Legend)
-- The box claims it's an action game, but the pictures look like a fighting game to me. Either way, it has a cardboard cover bit which houses the jewel case and a RAM cart, so I guess it either uses saves and/or is beefy enough to need the RAM.
Deep Fear
-- Some sort of horror game under the sea. Looks very Enemy Zero from the box, but I couldn't say for sure quite yet. It certainly isn't made by WARP in any case. I think it may be made by SEGA? Or published by them and made by these, "True Motion" people. Either way, I think it might be in English, kinda like Pepsi Man on PSX, where it has English voice acting and Japanese subs, considering all the English on the case and the fact that the game takes place on a (US?) Navy base.
And last but not least,
Seifuku Densetsu: Pretty Fighter
-- Some 18+ fighting game made by Imagineer (whom I've never heard of). The back of the box touts lots of girls in different outfits (it really promotes the outfits) fighting each other. I think there's even a 20 minute anime episode on here, judging from the text on the back O.o
