Excellent to hear positive things about that. I'm all over it if/whenever I get a Switch/3DS. The original is one of my favorite games of all time.

Don't feel bad about missing the HD rumble. It was so intense/overkill that I actually ended up disabling it very early on.

I'm vaguely interested in that game. I can't stand the original Blaster Master though.

One big difference between Zero and the original, there's a waifu now:

Perhaps that will sway your opinion.

Mega Man... now Blaster Master...

Starting to question your faith Bone.

(I guess I should assume you mainly just like old RPG's).

So the right question to ask is what in particular turned you off of the original? There's a sizable chance that your biggest gripes are addressed in Zero.

In Bone's defense, the original Blaster Master does have some bizarre design aspects that could be considered major flaws, like your weapons powering down every hit. Those overhead levels just weren't that fun. And I didn't care for the bosses, either.

Those are fair criticisms. That being said...

- Weapons powering down: Mostly fixed.
- Overhead levels not fun: Fixed.
- Bosses: Fixed.

And I'll add one:

- Saving: FIXED.
