As a rule I open things that may have dlc codes in them or when I am ready to play. But never leave sealed just to display. People would have nightmares if they saw some of the things I have opened lol

Same. I had a sealed Australian copy of Project Zero 2: Wii Edition (an exceptionally rare game for those not in-the-know). Tore that sucker open and played the shit out of it.

Think I will be waiting to order anything till I get some of my stuff from these guys. I understand delays but still no Wonderboy, Night Trap, Lawbreakers and about 3 or 4 other open orders. I know they have a ship orders complete policy. I emailed and offered to pay extra cost to have them at least ship out what they had and they told me no. I get they want to save money but come on, you have about 300 bucks of mine and I am still waiting. Been seeing others get theirs. Not like you are going to lose money when I offer to make up the difference. Not like I am asking them to take a hit on the shipping cost, just to work with me so I can enjoy some of these games.

Not like I do not understand the policy and I have been very patient but you could offer an alternative to us. Probably end up buying Wonderboy on a 4.99 digital sale before I get my copy of the game. Feel like I am being punished for ordering every PS4 game that comes out. Frustrating when one of the two games from an order holds it up for months on end. The really frustrating part is that I have received shipments of game that I have ordered after these games. Any reason they could not have put what games they had ready to ship in with those and saved myself and them some money?

I've gotten all of my orders so far except for Ys and ASDIVINE HEARTS (which came out the same day).

They sent my copy of Night Trap quite a while ago, but I did notice that it did arrive later than several others. I suspect that had to do with me ordering several other items along with the game (like the shirt.) So maybe that's part of the problem. The games are done, and it's the little bonuses that are causing delays.

Or maybe the holidays coming up has bumped them back to the end of the assembly line, with big publishers clogging the presses trying to print up all the end-of-year AAA games before gift giving season hits. Who knows.

I normally judge it by Elkins games acquired (which is awesome LOL). When he gets one I normally get mine a few days later. I did order multiple games at once (whatever they were offering that day). To ask them to charge me extra to just ship out what is ready seems fair enough for games that I have seen some people get long ago.

I skipped the last PAX variant they put up because of this, going to skip the Y's also till I get some of my things. Not asking for stuff they do not have, just whatever is ready. Can they not create a back order for the other games? I ordered Y's from Play Asia so I could play it LOL not going to order it from them a second time and still not have received the first order. They will sell out regardless, and one customer does not make a store. I have to cast my vote though, and this time I say no, sorry.

Like I said, not asking or pushing for things that are delayed, I get that. When things go this long though, maybe you could work with me. I am not even asking for a freebie, I offered to pay. If you are using a system that cannot create a back order for the other items, then maybe you should look into a better system. Heck, I would even order something out of the store if they would toss whatever was ready in. I have ordered Nearly every PS4 release, (missed two on accident, had to buy from scalpers). They say they want to help out people who buy a lot from them, maybe hook me up once (not for free as I said before).

Or maybe the person who answered my email did not run it by the guys and maybe they would have went ahead and helped out this time. I dunno, it just gets a little frustrating to keep handing over my money and getting nothing. I do not want my money back at all, just whatever is ready at this point. I know eventually everything will get delivered the trust is certainly there. Just give me an option that puts the cost on me, seems fair enough.

I hope Nex Machina ships soon. It's been 10 days since I ordered and I know I was one of the first to order. I make serious preparations when I order from LRG. It's kind of frustrating they say on the website it will arrive in 8-10 days but 10 days and it's not even shipped. Like why? Should they not sell something until they have all of the stock? :?

No shit it hasn't shipped yet; it's not December.

THIS GAME IS EXPECTED TO SHIP BY DECEMBER.

Words are important.

Don't be an asshole about it. Didn't say that on the order form. Easy thing to overlook.

It may not have been on the order form, but it was on every email they sent out prior to release and on the product page itself.
