I feel your pain about arcade sticks and current-gen consoles. The decent options right now are incredibly pricey. I am currently waiting on the Crossbone PCB to be available again in order to add Xbox One compatibility to my arcade stick.
There is the Skullgirls driver that allows for PS3 sticks to work on the PS4 but I haven't heard of anyone else making use of it yet. A less than desirable option is to get use an Akishop PS360+ PCB and soft reset between fights to get around the 8 minute disconnect timer. The only other options that I am aware of are padhacking or buying an officially licensed PS4 stick.
There are a few PS3/PS4 compatible options if you want to go that route. Some haven't been released yet but are due out in April

Oh and there is also the CronusMax but for PS4 support you have to use it in conjunction with a PC.
