The list includes the forum member's name, their address, and which items they purchased by item number and item description. It should be very straightforward, but if you do have any questions, please shoot me a PM.

Loose ends:

If your name is listed below, I need you to send via PM your address, items won (including item # and description). If your name is in RED, you have not sent payment. If you have any questions, again, PM me.
