I've really begun to love taking screenshots in-game.
I'd like to see your pics too.
In the interest of quality over quantity, show just a few per day.

If you use Steam, all you have to do is press F12 and it stores the screenshot.
Afterwards, you can load it to your Cloud profile.
You might want to also consider joining my Steam group for sharing screenshots:
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/screenshooters

If you are posting a huge pic, break up your comments into smaller lines or they will run on.

NOTE: I'm posting large pics to keep the resolution high.
If the picture is too large to be viewed on your monitor, hold control and use scroll wheel to zoom out.

Here's one of my better photos from Dear Esther

For a second I thought you were going to write a haiku. I have tons of pictures from San Andreas that I might be able to "prntscrncopypaste". Taking pictures became as much of the game as the game itself.

I have thousands of World of Warcraft and Warhammer onliine screenshots, but most of them aren't intresting scenery shots or anything like that sadly

I think I have some funny Day of Defeat&Counter Strike Source screenshots on my external hard drive too, I'll have to check if there's anything worthy in that bunch once I have more time :)

Hahah. Yeah, I just know the text won't wrap correct with a large jpg.

I did the same in San Andreas! I never finished that game actually because all I wanted to do was ride my BMX around and take photos with the camera. I started to feel a bit to psychopathic though when I began photo documenting my murder sprees. :?

I think sharing screenshots is kind of a bizarre thing. I mean, here you are stating "this is one of the best shots I've taken", but in reality that screenshot is technically created by the people who designed the game. To me it's almost like taking credit for someone else's work. It's not even like being a true photographer in that you captured something in real life, because in a game that scene you're capturing is completely artificial and was designed to look like that. It's a lot like taking a picture of a painting lol

No it isn't. The game is a world. Some one designed the elements of that world, but you set up the shot yourself. It's like taking a picture of a skyline. Other people made the buildings, but you take your own shot.

All artistic credit is due to the original artists, of course. In my mind, this is just a good way to show that off.

That being said, there is also something to be said for getting the right angle, composition, and time of day for a screenshot. The game's artists crafted these fantastic worlds and characters, I just want to present them well. In my mind, this is really a thread about celebrating the visual art of videogames, not taking credit for others artistry, as you seem to suggest.
