You've never seen the Nubytech Chainsaw controller? The first and only M-Rated peripheral I've ever seen (the guy at my Gamestop wouldn't let me buy it because I wasn't 17)
Does the gameboy really need all that junk attached to it?
I had that. It was the fuckin' best. The light let me play it in the dark, the magnified screen was a little awkward at first but I liked it once I got used to it, the speakers made everything louder (louder is always better), and the buttons were so big that with my Donkey-Kong-like hands (I did all my growing before I was 13, by the time I was 14 I was 6'1", which is as tall as I ever got) were finally comfortable holding the thing.

"In March 1995 Taito recalled Sonic Blastman machines after reports of players who sustained injuries by playing the game. A year later, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced that Taito had agreed to pay a fine of $50,000 (USD) for failing to disclose these injuries."
It's no surprise. The game was really popular in my local arcade. You would sit and watch a bunch of dudes smack that poorly padded metal bar, then walk away shaking their fists and cursing the pain, but that only made the next guy hit it all the harder to prove how much more manly he was than the guy who last punched it.
Well, Sonic Blast Man does have to punch trains and buildings. You try hitting a train with a 100 megaton punch. That's got to hurt. Very realistic game

I almost forgot about that thing. Capcom was on quite the "large and impractical" controller kick back then between this thing and the Steel Battalion controller.

and if you don't think the arcade cabinet is strange enough, look at the stuff you'll face
It's all worth it though
Awww yeah
If I could find a working Sonic Blast Man, I would sell all of my other gaming stuff. I used to love this game way back when! I can feel my knuckles swelling with anticipation.
