I think it's pretty hard to run a retro store. You don't have a ready supply of inventory. You have to buy from others and at a price cheap enough that you can make a profit. It's a lose-lose situation.

It's easier or harder depending on where you set up shop. If you're running it in a college town with few other alternatives, it would probably be a lot easier than in a small town with a Gamestop already in place.
