Great topic! I recently finished a nice little browser Metroidvania game called K.O.L.M.

I'll have to try these this week!

I love K.O.L.M.! I was planning on putting that one up.

As jfe2 said, this is a great little metroidvania game. It has the loneliness and isolation of a proper metroid game down too.

I started this the other day and it immediately had me sucked in

Whee. I would have done much better if I'd been able to play with a pad or the jump and shoot weren't backwards.

100% complete.
Time taken >1 hour because I kept being interrupted and died a lot.
Died 62 times because I suck at platformers and keyboard sucks for this kind of game.

End score -750!

I finished chapter 2 of Something Amiss and Chapter 3 does not load (yes I know I'm behind). Can anyone try to see if Ch. 3 loads?
EDIT: Chapter 3 back online. Finished it. It's decently designed as there are very few illogical puzzles (it is on the easy side because of that, though, but artificially making an adventure game difficult with illogical puzzles is worse).

I'm warming up to the Tower Defense game, however the Japanese upsets me. Is there a way to save *before* we lose? Because I found a load option but it seems a bit useless.

Maybe tomorrow I'll try KOLM.

This is a simple, yet oddly memorable game about a misunderstood tentacled sea creature.

Illogical puzzles? Where? I didn't get stuck once and I'm usually hilariously crap at point & clicks (despite loving them so).

I liked it but couldn't figure out how to get the other endings. Just managed A B and E...
