A problem with a lot of current HDs, no SVideo input or "Fuzzy" support for older console resolutions. Your best SVideo option is getting an upscaler, pulling that SVideo signal to Component or VGA. For the SNES-N64-Gamecube there is a dedicated SVideo to VGA upscaler made by Innovation that Noise, hooked me up with. Not perfect, but for the money a clean filled screen signal. Of course Gamecube looks great at 480p with the proprietary Component cable.
