ugh, NAKI Tec joysticks are the WORST. Their PCBs might be okay, but scrap the rest and replace with better parts.

Now I like that idea!
Luckily all the controls are digital, a simple ON-OFF button. A patient trace of each pad soldered to a better Arcade quality switch.
