Is it possible to "Go Rambo" in any of the Metal Gear or Splinter Cell games and live?

In 4, yes. In MGS with unlimited ammo, yes. The others? Not so much. I think all of the MGS games have some sort of 'shooting gallery' section. Like elevator/stairs section in MGS, or the Shadow Moses bit of MGS4.

In terms of pace I'd rate the MGS games as follows: 4>1>2>3
