I want Shenmue III

Right. Now that Sonic Adventure is out on the PSN and XBLA, EVERYONE please download it! Even if you aren't up on Sonic Adventure, download it anyway. Hopefully this will encourage Sega to release more DC games, including Shenmue I and II. If those sell really well, maybe, just maybe, Shenmue III has a 1% chance...

This has actually been mentioned a thousand times before. I remember reading an interview with some guy from Sega about a Shenmue 3 and the response was basically "We'd love to but it wouldn't be profitable and we can't afford for it not to be" or something of that nature.

yeah, i'm not buying this. i've heard this is a terrible port, and honestly i don't even like sonic adventure. and i doubt it would inspire sega to make shenmue 3, it would just inspire them to release more dreamcast games digitally

Sonic Adventure XBLA is going to be a port of the Sonic Advenure on Windows, which is a port of Sonic Adventure DX on the Game Cube which is a port of the original Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast.

I think what the OP is getting at is that buying this shitty port that Sega will release Shenmue on XBLA and if we buy those Sega will release Shenmue III for the Xbox 360.
