Hey Look, It's "Little Mega Man Planet"

by onemanfilmcrew Fri Sep 10, 2010 1:39 pm

This is actually pretty awesome. Apparently the Mega Man Universe game allows you to create your own custom Robot Masters as well as their realms. The only thing they didn't mention here is whether or not Mega Man can gain the special ability of the custom evil robots. Of course what would be even cooler is if there was a way for people to band together their evil robot creations to create full custom Mega Man fan games. Overnight we would go from having 10 old school Mega Man games to about a hundred.

Do all of your Robot Masters have to end in "Man"?

The other thing that looks really cool is in the fact you can play as multiple characters. The trailer teases mega man, "Bad Box Art" Mega Man, and Ryu. Should be fun to run through Mega Man stages with characters from other franchises, not to mention giving a Hadoken to a few of the enemy robots

So, it's LittleBigPlanet with good controls, right?

I was just about to say how awesome it would be if they had added a level editor to megaman 9 or 10.

I really want to like this game but the second I saw the official gameplay trailer I was saddened. The art design/graphics just don't do it for me... I can't stand how Mega Man looks :?

I agree. I wish they would have gone with full nes style. The mash of up 2Dish backgrounds with 3D model characters looks weird. They should have just made everything 3D.
