These new fighting games (is it just me?)

Not sure, honestly. My experience with Xbox 360 is limited at best. I did play SPvTW with a SF4 pad once, and it wasn't too bad - but I stick with the Dualshock3. I guess you just need something with a decent d-pad.

I honestly don't own any 'this-gen' arcade sticks, unless you wanna count that cheap-as-free Tekken 6 stick. I've just been using my X-Arcade or SF2 Anniversary controllers for my fightans.

I have both a Street Fighter 4 SE and TE for 360. The SE is alright.

I wouldn't consider a stick hooked up to a Wiimote to be wireless. I do not have a stick for my Wii but when I use the classic controller it is a pain the ass having it hooked to the Wiimote.

BlazBlue is a work of art, and I loved SSFHD Remix, but fighting games are changing all the time.

Fortunately, the fighting community is on the rise, look at how huge EVO was this year!

To me, having actually played SFIV, does not really play like a 2D fighter that much.
For instance the jump. What the hell happens there? it take a bit for them to take off.
That kills the 2D gameply for me. Although realistic, not good.

Blazblue plays 100% like a 2D game.
Tatsanuko plays 98% like a 2D game.
SFIV plays 87% like a 2D game.
I do not want sfiv.

MvC3 is a disgrace.
And I do not consider a 3D remake to a 2D game to be a sequal.
SFIV does not exist. it should be called SF-EX4 or something
MvC3? MvC-3D, etc.

LEt´s just hope there will be more and more 2D games! It seems like they are slowly getting the message
