Graphics style. SNES Vs. Genesis. Which do you prefer?
So for whatever reason, snes games always had a slightly different look than genesis games. Ignoring gameplay, which look did you prefer? Genesis games tended to have bolder higher contrast graphics, while snes games were smoother looking due to the bigger color palette and more colors on screen at once.

I always loved how much more colorful the SNES was, and with the SNES you know what you are getting, so many Genny models output rank video.

SNES fo-sho. I had both when they were released, and always preferred the LOOK of SNES games.

I just like the SNES because I can get s-video out of it...

SNES -- the sheer amount of colours, transparency, the other neat effects -- the Genesis simply doesn't touch it.

Most of the Genesis games I've played always look "bleh". Like really boring, colorless games. I can think of a few exceptions like Rocket Knight Adventures, though.
The SNES has the nice colorful graphics, so that's my choice.

It's the middle school debate all over again!
I picked Genesis because the games had a grittier look to them and the system handled anything where speed really mattered much better than the SNES did.

...Genesis does what Nintendon't.
It's apples and oranges for me. I bought both, still have both and still play both.
For people complaining about genesis visuals...get a model one and mod that shit. S-video from the genny looks gorgeous.

SNES looked better.
But Mega Drive Sonic >>>>>> SNES Mario so my vote goes for Sega.

I liked the style and general art direction most Genesis games had so I voted for that. It is really my favorite system of that era. Though I do appreciate the more clean and colorful look of the SNES. Games like DoReMi Fantasy are really great eye candy.
