Oblivion on the 360 was excellent. I beat the game on that thing and then sold it, and now I own the PC version. Sure, you can mod the PC version, but as far as playability goes, both versions are fun.
Oh, I know. I've played it on the 360 and I own the PC and PS3 versions. It's fun to play it on a larger screen via a console, but the PC version still wins hands down. Heck, you can play it on a large TV with a PC easily. It's no contest.

1. Pac-Man (Arcade) - The local convenience store had this game and as any other kid in the 80's I had Pac-Man Fever!
2. Asteroids (Arcade) - The small town I grew up in had two small arcaded and one at the local mall. Any time I went to an arcade I would always spend a couple of dollars on Asteroids.
3. Street Fighter II Championship Edition (Arcade) - The two most popular games in the arcade at The University of Akron (where I went to college) had both SF2 and MK2. I spent many days playing SF2 between classes and sometimes played it instead of going to class.
4. Lunar (SEGA CD) - This was the only game I bought with my used SEGA CD even though I never played RPGs much. Blown away by the anime cut-scenes I took a chance and loved the game. It was the first RPG I ever beat and is still my favorite to this day.
5. Batman (NES) - Batman ranks up there with the best action-platforming games ever to me. It's not an easy game, but it does give the player hope and keeps them motivated to continue playing by gradually increasing the difficulty for each of the five levels.

This is a tough one. I am going to rule out anything current gen or retro games that I've only played in the past year or two (even though some of those would probably make this list). So, in no particular order:
NBA Jam (Genesis) Doom (PC) Devil May Cry 3 (PS2) Final Fantasy VII (PS1) Lords of Thunder (PCE)
