Interesting controller. I am always curious of third party controllers. Some look REALLY awesome, but most are terrible. I am waiting to read your review

As for the Hori Mini pad, it is fantastic and worth every penny. I own five of them and do not regret my purchases. If you want size comparisons/reference images just say the word. Tell me what you want them measured against. I have some time tonight and do have alot of controllers.

You should just put one next to a regular N64 controller

Thats too obvious. Ill make a bigger light box this weekend and do a shot with the N64, MiniPad, and Cube controllers all at once.

if the hori mini didn't have such a tiny and useless d-pad it'd be perfect

Yeah, but what N64 games do you use the DPad on?

Touche Raz, Touche. But you can always just pickup some dead stick N64 controllers for them for their dpads. Hmm, I wonder, has anyone made a dpad only controller for the N64? Like the Gamecube Player controller for the Cube.

Edit:
In searching I found this gorgeous custom n64:

And a size comparison shot to a 3rd party controller:

Hows the green controller? It looks like using the dpad would be uncomfortable.
