Dude. I had to add it.

For the NYTimes, I've never finished a Friday puzzle without help until now. And I still am not sure how I finished it. I'm awful at hints. I'm smart, but I just don't get hints so crossword puzzles kill me. My wife can tell me ten times in a day "I really like that dress", but if she doesn't tell me "Buy me that dress!", I don't get it.

Sure, the Genesis version gets all the praise, but this game isn't bad either. I was kicking some Kilrathi ass, and my wife was browsing my collection. She noticed Aladdin, and asked if it contained the soundtrack from the movie. I told her that it did, and she asked me to play it. So I ejected Wing Commander and popped it in. If you are of age, I'd recommend having a few brews with this game, as it will increase its difficulty, as the game is easy. But, the controls are really, really smooth.

I'm almost done beating Wing Commander. If I don't fully complete a mission, I go back and re play it, so, it's taken me longer than usual to put on my completed list. If you miss something in completing a mission and you're on your way back to land your ship, the game plays this depressing music. I hate it. I also hate the fact that after I finish Wing Commander, I'm going to play Wing Commander Secret Missions. I feel like I have to.

Oh, and 37.

37?

37!

37?

Someone will get that reference.

While I agree when most people say number 2 is easier than number 1, I will say I found the last three stages pretty hard, it took me quite awhile to come up with a strategy for the last boss, which now seems pretty easy.

I have S&K but think I will wait until I can get my hands on number 3 before starting S&K (and playing 2 / 3 with Knuckles).

Should that count as another game? Knuckles in Sonic 2?
