It's weird to say, but yeah, the HuCards might be half of the fun of the Turbografx.

Seems they just got Namco on board for this. Some new games have been added.

Seirei Senshi Spriggan
Spriggan Mark 2
Dragon Spirit
Galaga '88
The Genji and the Heike Clans
The Legend of Valkyrie

and.....

Well that pretty much seals it. I'm preordering one now.

Some new titles were added to the release list today, and it's great news. Namco is finally on-board, so Galaga 88, Splatterhouse, and more are now going to be on the system. Additionally, Spriggan and Spriggan Mk 2 are now going to be included. Both are great Compile titles.

Same. For only one controller (granted how often do I have company over  ) and that it's like 11,500 yen here, I'm definitely waiting until it's out and we have definitive word on things like build quality and emulation accuracy/stability before I bite that bullet. The library definitely has me interested, but the price tag is a fair bit too much for me to justify spending that kind of money on a pre-order.

Also, if it hasn't been mentioned already, M2 is doing the emulation, so I'd expect quite good on that front.

So M2's involvement is official? I wasn't sure.

It seems so. At least Polygon is reporting that.

If M2 is actually going to be on it, then I’m in for one of these, especially with the Spriggans, Snatcher, and Sapphire on it. Won’t preorder one, but will probably pick one up at some point.

Yes! Splatterhouse and one of the best versions of Galaga make this a must-own for me. I was interested before; now I gotta have it!
