Any updates on this recently? Would also really like to have a HDD installed on my Saturn!

I haven't seen any progress personally. The Youtube channel this was posted on is more about music. Any one know if this guy doing the work has a blog or site himself?

Am also interested in this. If anyone knows where the loop is, kindly point us in the right direction (as in I want to be in the loop  ; I'm so lame).

Seriously though.
I have a Rhea, which is awesome, but I have another Saturn that I'd love to devote to a more broad library at once.

I also decided not to get a Phoebe, so I really would like an option for my Model 2 system.
Plus, I'm just that insane.

I'm rocking 2 modchipped Saturns and a Pseudo Saturn cartridge kept in storage in case either of those die, so it's not like I'm deprived of any Sega Saturn game I want. Still, though, I really want to see what becomes of this project. I wonder if it will be more economically priced than Rhea or Phobe. The steep price tag of those deters me more than the technical expertise needed to install them.

I'm considering the pseudo saturn AR mod with CDRs to hold me over. I know eventually these drives will all be dying so I think this VCD project is important from a preservation perspective, especially with SS emu being sketchy.

Just posted a couple questions on pseudo saturn thread in Sega subform if you guys have a second:

I too began wondering what happened with this. With a little Google-Fu, I found the guy's Patreon. Looks like he is still working on it. I'll probably contribute for some amount in the near future.

I need an internal install version, and an HSS-0133.

Time to start looking into Saturn translation projects.
