Competition to the Retron 5, supports PC-Engine and TurboGrafx 16 games.

An early look at the controller

That does look nice, yet another emulator box, just with more systems than the R5 can do. Sadly requires added purchase of adapter to use old controllers.

It even does Supergrafx games eh? Interesting.

I'm still waiting for one of these systems to run game gear games though.

Anyway, I wonder how much this will cost.

Price is what will dictate if it lives or dies outside of Japan.

I just need one of these machines to let me dump my own roms.

You may laugh, but...no Game Gear = no purchase.

Fascinating! If this hits the US I will buy one in a heartbeat. Hell, even if it doesn't I would consider importing one.

I noticed there's no NES slot. I suppose a simple pin adapter would work.

Oh I understand!

Believe me, if one of these things ever does support Game Gear, I'll buy it day one.

Yeah, this is interesting. Now with PCE support.

Better stock controller, more console support.

Sharp eye to whoever noticed no NES slot, but a FC 2 NES adapter would take care of that.

Adapter required for regular controllers.

But I love my Retron 5.

(BTW I was waiting for "no game gear" "no n64" like all the people on the Hyperkin Facebook)

N64 I could take or leave for the most part. Even for translations there's not a whole lot I'd want to play.

Good Game Gear support on a TV for a reasonable price would be a system seller though. That screen just doesn't cut it.
