You could do Nights on wii, sonic adventure, boy and his blob totally counts (both versions), grafitti kingdom is an action platformer that is awesome. You have some choices!

Boy and his blob is a great suggestion, I loved the nes version and have been meaning to play the wii version forever, I think I will give that a go, thx.
