I then ran like a mad man though various areas, whilst being shot, and found key card 5, and now I am so lost ....

is that the part where you're in a really tiny room and the bulldozer comes down at you and you have pretty limited time to take it out? That part?

Well, I completed the inferior NES port by way of brute force. I was really too busy this month to give it a real focus.

When I first tried it, I gave up at the point where you needed to get the rocket launcher, perhaps because I put way too much time in it.

I didn't remember this game being so much of a boss rush, really. Some ending too, right?

One thing remains though --

You call the game Metal Gear, yet you only destroy the computer in control of said device?

Looking forward to next month.

Huh? Unless the NES ending is different...
The whole complex blows up, so Metal Gear is allegedly destroyed...
Maybe what you mean is "you don't really fight against Metal Gear"?

You're not crazy. One elevator goes up and another one goes down. It drove me crazy until I figured out how to effectively navigate between them.

First time it happened I thought there was a problem with the program and I restarted my Vita...
