Wikipedia has a great comparison section on the different Rayman versions.
The saturn one looks like it's the best. The psp/psone version is pretty close though.

Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.
One of those games I never finished back in the 90's. I'll have to look around and see if I can snag a copy. If I remember right this game was fairly difficult.
I watched some youtube videos just to sample the game a bit... and it looks like this game might fit the "Have you been blown away by "outdated" elements of games?" thread, this game seriously looks beautiful and pretty awesome! Probably gonna get it soon.
I bought this game for the PSX a year or so ago and then got it for GBA in Game Stop's B1G1 and I have a mod chip in my Saturn. I think I'll play the PS1 version on my PS2 since it's hooked up to my main big TV. I can't wait to start this game!

played the PS1 version for a while last night. Pretty fun. I personally don't have a taste for the art style. I mean I know it's technically very impressive. Just not really pleasing to my eye for whatever reason. But yeah, I think this will keep me interested for a while anyway.
