Did not like this game very much. The graphics are great, the characters are funny but it got bland after a while. Played with free play using an emulator and felt it was kinda hard at times. The variety of moves gets repetitive after a while, but to cover that up changing characters to the ninja or the baby, which I liked the most, keeps you going.

Also felt it needed a third button for kicks or specials attacks, and speaking of special attacks they are worthless because they take away health and best way to replenish it is dying because health is very scarce. And so are the weapons in the beginning at not that useful.

Its not that short of a game but don't think it has much replay value or is at par with some others like Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Final Fight or Alien vs Predator.

At first you think "That's a great death animation" but after a while you will see it
too many times you will hate it.

The baby is more fun than playing you!!

Playing the SNES version, kinda tough. Ran out of continues at the 8th level boss. Playing through with Mack right now gonna try and beat it with all the characters. Did any of you guys 1cc his game? Seems like that would be pretty hard to do.

Eh, I just picked this up for the SNES and it fails to impress me. I know most beat em' ups are the same so I knew what to expect but there was nothing memorial about it. Games like Streets of Rage or Turtles In Time all follow the same formula but manages to do something memorial and have something worth playing about them. The music is boring and nearly puts me to sleep, the weapons are basically useless, and I actually found it to be extremely easy and quite short(which I guess is a good thing for beat em' ups but meh). But one thing I do like about this game is the speed, after playing SOR 2 and realizing how slow the attacks are I learned to appricate CC for it's fast attacks. It's worth playing if you're a fan of the genre I guess, but I don't care for it. I figured if Capcom was going to make a game for their failed mascot then it would be awesome and something worth playing but it's not.... :?
