That didn't seem like too bad of a game. Strictly one-on-one combat is a bummer, though I wonder whether it's because of the hardware limitations or because the combat mechanics might not really work well against multiple opponents. Maybe a bit of both.

What's the stage design like? Is is mostly just walking into one direction until an enemy pops out, or is there any platforming involved?
