Help on Scan of PSM issue #003

Hey peeps,I ve been looking for PSM magazine issue #003.
Mainly want it for the armored core strategy inside.
If any one has this issue or able to do a nice scan of it Pm me with the details.

Or if theres an easy way of doing this myself,can somebody explain.Other wise trading for this or buying it may be easier for me.
If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.
