Open it! if i had the money id buy all the VGA graded games off ebay and open them.

In cases like this I agree with this 100%.

For items where there aren't many in such a pristine condition, some people get a lot of joy from owning such unique, NIB items - probably a lot more than the joy you would get from opening it - and are willing to *happily* pay for it.

Sell it, and with the money do whatever you want: which can include getting a non-NIB copy (or not).

I would keep it myself if it had special sentimental value (depends on how you like the person that gave it to you etc.).
