I found mine through eBay, but I bought one that wasn't listed from a cool guy who bought government wholesale lots of electronics, pretty nice JVC 13". I way overpaid for it ($120) but it's in really great shape, basically unused. I'm hoping to get a lot of time out of it. RGB cables were fucking $40 but it's totally worth it for the picture quality.
Just bought another off eBay for $45 but it's a tiny 8" I'm going to use as a desktop monitor for my Genesis 2 - probably not worth spending another damn $40 on RGB cables - S-video should be fine for such a tiny screen.
