Necessary cables for Sony PVM

Just picked up a Sony PVM-1354Q on a whim because it was a good price. It came with no cables. I'm wondering what I'll need to start using this thing.
this is the back of it: http://www.broadcastbaron.com/picsandpd ... 13067c.jpg
I don't have many vintage consoles but I'm interested in trying it out with my PSOne, PS2, N64 (which I know doesn't support RGB w/o modification), Xbox Original, and maybe GameCube/Wii. What adapter will I need to connect these consoles? Will each console require a different adapter or is there one I can buy that will handle all/most? I'm also hoping to get the best possible quality out of each.
Another thing I'd like to try out is connecting my PC (via a VGA or HDMI adapter?) to the PVM, perhaps for emulator use. What would that process be like?
And for the power cable is there any specific wattage or w/e to look for?
I imagine I'll need some RCA-BNC Connectors and a SCART adapter but I'm unsure on the specifics and exactly what I need for what. I'm not good at this stuff.
Any help is appreciated.
