The tv on the ps4 is killing me.

But, nice setup otherwise :)

That's not a tv, it's a monitor(and I still didn't realize like i was telling retrogamer that it was as light as it was...expected after some of the monitors from when I was younger for it to be much heavier). This is the monitor: http://www8.hp.com/emea_africa/en/produ ... id=5380822

Now if it was my princeton monitor that I'd gotten from my mom when she went to a sale at the vfw then yeah I couldn't of done that, Just didn't want that bright light on the ps4 waking me up or keeping me up when i do sleep.

Its not the weight that concerns me, its the trapping of heat in the console. I wouldn't even sit a magazine on top of the thing!

Also, not sure what the difference is between a tv and a monitor at this point. Its a flat screen with hdmi. I imagine whatever difference is there does not affect the weight of the device. My tv (yes its a tv) weighs very little too. Maybe you meant to say "its not a crt"?

Either way, good stuff man. :)

Yeah just didn't see it as blocking the air flow since the vents are on the back of the system last I checked and I figured it was better than flipping the system over(since i don't think there's a way to turn the light off unless you unplug the darn thing). It just seems really bright....but at least this setup I can be somewhat proud off. Now just to get a n64 and my current console collection will be complete as far as I'm concerned...(going to try and get the hdmi switch today if the new location of a store has some....retail stores I'm sure don't really carry them and "the grid" should if I'm correct unless that's changed)

Ok so I lied last update, hopefully updating this weekend fully. Cleaning up the thread starts today though and I at least added the updated console library pic(now just to get some extra shelfs for that thing and get the other two I'd purchased out of here. too bad my mom won't let me store them in the attic or something so I don't have to fully get rid of them :| ).

Nice setup.

Are your Faxanadu and Zeldas complete? If not I have the manuals that I'll send you, just pay shipping.

Thanks and they are actually, luckily. Just need to semi complete the others somehow even if I print my own manuals somehow(now just to remember what hdmi switch I was going to track down, and get some velcro ties. I don't need a wire mess coming out of my setup. Especially when I do ever get a better job so I can move out).

(I'll clean up the desk and possibly move my portables to my bookshelf and then finish updating. I'm still considering buying the smaller gnedby unit for my portable games though...I don't want to have my home consoles and portables on the same shelving unit if I can help it...)

Added amiibos 8) (though I probably should delete the photo of the gbc and ds lite unless I somehow manage to buy another one just like those two...which kinda sad that I've somehow lost my childhood gbc....)
