Not sure if that would even work since its a digital signal. Maybe hook TV out from one to the other? Attache the HDMI cable to the better larger TV?

On a related note, can anyone recommend a good HDMI switcher for sending multiple HDMI connections to one source?

Is it really just as simple as buying one of these? Why is this $13 and other switchers are like $150?

Looks like on sale, a great deal!

I got an older non powered two switch HDMI unit with ⅛ phono stereo jacks from Frys. My HD is the older DVI connector so hadda get a cable adaptor. Adaptor works fine in combination with RCA to ⅛ phono stereo jacks to the HDMI switchbox.

A point to consider is the separate audio leads for DVI adaptor needs to be included in the switch box.

For clarity of type connections, Pic shows a box that has a separate DVI input.

Overall the feedbacks looks like it will work. Looks like a fixed resolution that both HDTVs can support though. For instance if one HD can only do 720p then that newer 1080p is stuck at 720p thru the splitter.

Customer Feedback wrote:I purchased this item to split my PS3 signal into 2 tvs. I forgot my bedroom lcd only would push 1080i so when I was pumping my 1080p signal into the tv it was confused and wouldn't display video. This is my fault not the device. Monoprice was very kind to return the item with no questions asked. Monorpice for life!

Looks like it'll work, good luck and please post the results.
If okay, I'll add to my CRT VS LCD signature link of the turnout.

cool, I ordered one. I'll try it on my PS3 when it shows up. ultimately I want to use it with an AV receiver so I can also output my computer and other game systems...
