1-25-2012 Update on page 5

Well, my new basement is about complete. The only thing missing is that I plan on putting a full size fridge were the tv is sitting behind the bar and that tv will be set up on top of it. There is also a spot for a oven/range as well. When we replace the appliances in the kitchen, the old ones will be moved down.

closer look of behind the bar, you can see where the full fridge and stove will go. That's a wine fridge and rack built into the middle there.

the Sega tv, Main tv and Nintendo tv. Also setup for multi sports viewing

Dart alley with the doors to the storage and office on the right. bleacher is directly behind me.

and finally, it's nothing fancy, but in the storage area, behind the furnace, around from the water heater is the man's room bathroom...

I've always wanted a finished basement, and you sir have put together one that I could only dream about.

I do have to ask: do you have any way to control moisture, and worse, flooding? Would hate to see all your work ruined by one freak storm. Also should consider adjusting your insurance accordingly!

Nice room. Did you do the remodeling yourself? Or part yourself and part hired?

It's interesting that you left the ceiling exposed. Did you hire someone to spraypaint the ceiling? It's kind of an industrial look.

True that! Jesus, and it's not one of those old knob type urinals, it's a more recent IR sensor type :P Truly a man cave

Have to admit, the small TVs from the futon seems like a big distance... Consider moving the futon up or beanbag chairs? :)
