ROMs vs Purchased Games

If I chipped my Saturn (or AR mod), burned fans translation copies of the Shining Force 3 scenarios we didn't get Stateside, applied fan made CD coverart, and put in nice DVD cases with fanmade artwork... I would probably consider those part of my collection.

I guess that's borderline repro which I said I didn't understand earlier...

I would think of them as much different than a ROM, crappie burned CDR with sharpie, or an .iso.
