PAL PSX Patches?

Getting the urge to replay Suikoden 1&2. I know part 2 has some glitches with music on the NTSC version compared to PAL. Now since PAL runs slower is there some sort of patch method to make it run at NTSC speeds? Should I even be worried about it? And as a side question, is ePSXe still the place to go for PSX emulation?
