I gave it a quick go and at first I didn't think it was working ... then I realised it was play at about 1/16 of the real speed. Veeeeeeery slow. I'm gonna read more about it today and see if I can get it to speed up a bit. I don't actually want it for seamless playing per say, I just want to have a look at some of the odder games and see if they've worth burning.
Hi,
I got it from www.eggmansworld.com just before he closed everything down. It came on 119 DVDs and covers pretty much every NGC USA release. On disc 119 are a few games that haven't even be released yet .. so as of now, I'm pretty sure its a complete USA set.. I doubt there will be many more NGC games to come but I'll be sure to grab them if they do

What's your setup? I think anything but a quad core and dual 8800s will play it pretty slow.4ppleseed wrote:I gave it a quick go and at first I didn't think it was working ... then I realised it was play at about 1/16 of the real speed. I gave this a try a month or so ago with Twilight Princess - was only able to run it at like .05 frames per second. 100% CPU usage on my AMD 3400+. 1.5GB RAM and a Radeon X800 256MB video card to.
One of the other emulators - I forget the name - actually ran the game at what seemed to be full speed. Only problem is it was in black and white and wouldn't render anything that was 3-d!
My understanding is there are only one or two Xbox emulators and both projects are dead. One plays only Halo and the other Turok or something. Considering the Xbox basicaly is a PC one would think the emulation would be a bit easier.
The PS2 emulator I've used is PCSX2 - probably better then any Gamecube emulator but it still has a ways to go. A few games do work flawlessy I think. It is still being developed last time I check.

Anyone know where PS2 and XBOX emulation is at this point, like which one out of the three is the best atm?
