Oh wow, somebody ported that to NES? Pretty cool, I remember playing the PC version a couple of years ago.

Would love to have that on a real NES cart. I guess the dev won't be putting it up on RetroUSB at this point, and it could be problematic since it's a port of another person's game, so I might have to do it myself.

By which I mean throw some money at a person who actually can do this stuff.

That looks like it would be way too hard. Like the kind of hard where you spend 20 lives trying to get past the same spot. Or maybe it's not as hard as it looks. I'm guessing you can't jump though, you just have that hookshot thing.

Any one that's interested, what this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaAwM5XE ... re=related

The trailer was too fast moving, this is a playthrough video. You can get a better idea of the game this way.

It's hard, sure, but the game's pretty short it doesn't frustrate you too much. I just played through the NES port and it took me about 30 mins with well over a hundred deaths. There are a few parts that I thought were just a bit too hard, but overall it's not too bad...just have to mind your positioning and timing.

You don't have to stick to vids to get an idea what the game's like, the NES port and the PC original are all free to download, after all.
