Okay, I'm not sure what I did exactly, but I did finally get it working. I think it's because I updated my Glide Wrapper. It took a lot of research to figure out which one to use though.

It was likely a disconnect between the glide calls and being mapped to actual GPU calls. As a result it probably tried to do all of it on the CPU, which would lead to very poor performance in addition to a full virtual system emulation.
