doesn't bother me. i usually buy FPS for multiplayer alone and with being only $14.99 makes it a fair deal. especially if it's compared to Goldeneye game play with a Batman theme.

yeah. I'm not the biggest FPS fan personally. I mean, I do like some. But it's not my favorite genre. Like I mentioned recently, I'm into the idea of playing some Borderlands multiplayer though.

But I was never a fan of Goldeneye (or James Bond in general... or N64 for that matter) and I've never cared much for DC comics either. I mean, I don't dislike DC, but I liked Marvel stuff a lot better.

So with all that in mind, I'm kind of meh on this game. The fact that it has no single-player to me more feels like: if it doesn't do well and they shut the servers off in a year then I wasted $15 on a genre I don't care much for based on a property I don't care much for that I can't even play now.

This is exactly why I went retro. Every shooter plays exactly the same, and their emphasis on single player modes has been declining. Sure, there's exceptions (Portal and Borderlands come to mind), but there's always exceptions to everything.
