No More Heroes: Heroe's Paradise

Post by MaliceValentine »

Well its finally getting a port to other consoles with HD graphics, No more jaggies and real time lighting.

The link shows some screens and damn does it look good there's also a Bikini Mode where every one has skimpy outfits.

So now we can all sit on the fence about No more heroes 2 and if a better port will be released for the 360,PS3......

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed the controls convert perfectly and for us EU/AU people the gore will all be intact seeing as we didn't get if first time around.

Though im hoping there will be a HD port of No More Heroes 2 in time for the Wii release ill die if there isnt.

Although I kind of like all of this No More Heroes stuff, I'm kind of disappointed that Suda 51 isn't releasing an original game instead. But then again he made Killer 7 and No More Heroes so I'll cut him a break in the original department.

It'll be interesting to see how they handle the deathblows.

I'm so goddamn excited. I have been looking for a super cheap copy of No More Heros just so I could have it and hopefully be able to play it on a friends wii. I'm so glad this is coming out on ps3. Being able to see his graphic style in hd is all I've wanted since I got a copy of Killer 7.

God of War-style Quick-Time Events... which is all they were to begin with, if you ask me.

I'm really surprised. I thought for sure people would be upset about this.

Anyway, my only real complaint is that NMH is one of the only games that actually makes good use of the Wii remote. I'll most likely pick it up for PS3 anyway, as I'm curious to find out how much difference it'll make to play it without being able to decapitate enemies by violently slashing and jumping wildly around my room... Wow, just realized I'm a severe dork.

Getting upset about exclusive games being ported to other systems is something for the fanboys I think. Most people here are of the opinion that multiplatform releases are better because everyone gets to play the game if they want to.

I think this exposure will be good for this type particular game as well - its my favourite game ever but none of my HD gamer friends have even heard of it outside of me rambling on about Letz Shake.

I dont have a HD console yet but I will be hunting this out when I do shortly
