who is doing Turbo Grafx RGB and region mods these days? i've done some cursory googling but wanted to get some opinions from those of you here.

Agree, he is awesome. I've had several mods done like this and they came out great.

turbokon from PCEngineFX did my YPbPr mod, and does a host of others. Good work.

3 types of such consoles; the USA one (TurboGrafx 16), and Japanese one (PC Engine) both of which need circuits for the RGB to be nice (not dark image), and UK version (TurboGrafx) which can have RGB easily tapped off the CXA chip.
Region free modding on these systems is very easy, with an 8PDT switch.

It's even easier with the Obey chip which only requires a SPDT switch, no more messing around with those bulky 8PDT switches.
