Sega Dreamcast VMU

How do I upload games etc to a VMU? I do not know how to transfer the files I find on the net to the dreamcast... Do I have to burn a cd and do something that way?

Yes, burning a CD-R of this is your best bet:

That disc will have thousands of saves and VMU games on it to download.
