Replacing restrictor on Tekken5 Hori Stick?

I have a Tekken 5 10th anniversary HORI PS2 arcade controller.
I'd like to replace the square restrictor plate/gate with an octagonal one.
Where could I order a new restrictor from? Is the joystick in this a Sanwa? Can I just order a new restrictor from them?

both mod for 8 way BUT they both say to drop a Sanwa JLF to do so.
